I worked with Dana over the course of 3+ months on 2 different occasions. The first time she went above and beyond to try and locate a house for me, but unfortunately the market at the time dictated that I was not going to be able to buy. Reason being, a lot of the homes that I found and liked were being sold to cash offers. This became very frustrating for me. So, I chose to wait in hopes of the market moving back to a point that it would be advantageous for a buyer that was financing much like myself.
